To help support the fight against breast cancer, a portion of the proceeds from the sale of Hosta 'Remember Me' is donated to the Grand Rapids chapter of Susan G. Komen for the Cure. This plant was introduced in 2002 in honor of Sandy DeBoer, a Walters Gardens, Inc. employee who lost her courageous fight with breast cancer the previous year. Susan G. Komen for the Cure is credited as the nations' leading catalyst in the fight against breast cancer. Read more about this program here.
